An exchange between me and a client about me being a body empath and the candle burned for them 2/15/19, used with permission:

Subject: I just started a candle for you today

not to trigger you but

.
.
Seriously, did someone used to grab you by the elbow? I was starting to
prepare the candle for you right now, and I felt this really strong grip
on my left elbow, as if someone used to grab you by the elbow to stop you doing something or to force you to do something. If they did, I’m sorry
and it sucks. The good news is it won’t work on me and I will burn up all
their cooties!

I’ll let you know when it is finished–

best wishes
Donnalee

Their reply:
WELL F**K! YES! THEY DID! A LOT OF TIMES THEY DID! PEOPLE WHO ABUSED US WOULD DO THAT TO US! WOW! THAT’S WEIRD THAT IT HAPPENED TO YOU WHEN YOU WERE PREPARING THE CANDLE!
WELL I’M GLAD YOU ARE BURNING THEIR BAD ENERGY!
