Look and behold, within two days five new offers materialized, one for thirty thousand more dollars than the original. Your wise counsel to pause and wait turned out to be just the medicine that was needed. Thanks.”

Update 4/6/19: The property was sold yesterday for 15% more (an additional $30,000.00) more than the first offer received, and the client is thrilled.
